Check-In Procedure

  • Your vehicle sticker must be affixed prior to entry.
  • Enter the GreenGate into Exhibitor Area off Route 64 during designated set-up hours.
  • A host will greet you immediately and confirm your number of spaces.
  • Proceed to your space.

Passes for Workers: One (1) vehicle and two (2) participant passes will be issued per space - up to a maximum of 5 vehicle and 10 participant passes.  Additional participant passes are available for $10 per person per day. If you have workers that do not arrive with you, please make arrangements to get them their passes before they try to enter during the show.  Once the show opens, workers of any exhibitors will not be admitted at any gate without a pass.

Entry During The Show: Entry during the show will be through the GreenGate for exhibitors who park their vehicle on their space.  This is the gate immediately east of the main Pheasant Run entrance on North Avenue.  A vehicle will not be allowed entry without the proper GoldMarket sticker.  In addition, each person in any vehicle entering the show must have a ticket to get in.  Walk-ins will utilize the main pedestrian entrance at the stoplight on North Avenue or the GreenField parking lot (exhibitor parking lot) gate just east of Pheasant Run at the Keil Rd. entrance of the show.  Tickets must be used for admission.

Exhibitor Parking: Once your set up is complete, please park your vehicle in your space or in the GreenField.   Please do not leave your vehicle parked elsewhere because it will be towed at your expense without announcement.

NEW PARKING POLICY

Bloomington Gold has received numerous complaints from customers walking down an aisle and finding cars parked in what should be retail spaces.  Therefore, the practice of buying a space to park your car has to end.

The purpose of the exhibitor area is to showcase the many vendors and what they have to sell.  Parking a car in the sales area is counter productive.

Beginning with the 2010 show, cars and trucks that are not actively involved in the retail business at a space will no longer be ppermitted to park in spaces E100-E122 through M100-M122 - the west half of the vendor area.

If you want to park your car on a space, we will permit that in spaces E123- M123 to the higher numbers.

SPACES: E to M 100 through 122: No cars or trucks unless actively involved in the business.

SPACES: E to M 123 through 150:  Cars or trucks are allowed.
